Unser Stimmungsbarometer zeigt: Wer langfristig wettbewerbsfähig bleiben will, kommt an Digitalisierung, flexiblen Mobilitätsstrategien und gezielter Weiterbildung nicht vorbei“, erklärt Melanie Falkenstern, Head of Shell Fleet Solutions DACH: „Als Shell Fleet Solutions unterstützen wir unsere Kunden dabei, zukunftsfähige Flottenlösungen umzusetzen.“\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EInsgesamt zeigt die Umfrage unter 800 Flottenmanagern aus verarbeitendem Gewerbe, Dienstleistungen und Handel ein komplexes, aber auch dynamisches Bild der Branche.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EKlare Rahmenbedingungen gewünscht\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EKlare wirtschaftliche und politische Rahmenbedingungen stehen auf der Wunschliste der Studienteilnehmer weit oben. 28 % der Befragten sehen demgegenüber wirtschaftliche Unsicherheiten als größte Herausforderung, gefolgt von politischen Veränderungen mit 26 %.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EAnschaffungskosten stehen im Fokus\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDie Befragten haben grundsätzlich hohes Interesse an nachhaltiger Mobilität, erwarten aber niedrigere Anschaffungskosten, ebenso wie größere Reichweiten sowie bessere Infrastruktur für EV-Fahrzeuge\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWenn es um Maßnahmen der Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit der eigenen Flotte geht, ist für Flottenverantwortlichen aktuell die Anschaffung von Hybridfahrzeugen das Maß der Wahl (23 %). E-Fahrzeuge rangieren knapp dahinter (19%), gefolgt von der Routenoptimierung (14%).\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ENur knapp 10 % der teilnehmenden Flottenmanager sagen, dass sie im Moment überhaupt keine Maßnahmen ergreifen, um den eigenen Fuhrpark nachhaltiger auszurichten.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EGroße Flotten treiben die Elektrifizierung voran\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EVor allem die großen Fuhrparks mit mehr als 50 Fahrzeugen sind schon weit in der Umstellung auf Elektromobilität. Kleine mit bis zu neun und mittlere Flotten mit zehn bis 50 Fahrzeugen agieren demgegenüber zu mehr als der Hälfte eher zurückhaltend.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAlle Flottenverantwortlichen erwarten einen Anstieg des Anteils der Elektrofahrzeuge in ihrer Flotte. Das sehen aktuell 31 % der Befragten in den kleinen, 36 % in den mittleren und sogar 53 % in den großen Flotten so.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EDigitalisierung hat noch Luft nach oben\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDigitale Plattformen und Tools sind vor allem in den großen Flotten verbreitet. Bei kleinen und mittleren Flotten spielen sie bislang noch nicht die große Rolle. Insgesamt sagen aber 44 % aller Flottenverantwortlichen, dass sie digitale Plattformen und Tools im Flottenmanagement aktiv einsetzen.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003ELösungsstrategien für Unternehmen\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EUm die Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, setzen Unternehmen vor allem auf Datenanalysen, digitale Lösungen und Schulungsangebote für Mitarbeiter. 78 % der Flottenmanager wünschen sich belastbare Daten für ihre Investitionsentscheidungen.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003ESchulung und Aufklärung tut not\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EUnternehmen sollten deshalb gezielt auf Weiterbildung und praxisnahe Informationsangebote setzen, um die Akzeptanz für alternative Antriebe zu erhöhen und Fehlinvestitionen zu vermeiden, so eine weitere Erkenntnis der Untersuchung. Denn, so zeigte sich, 66 % der deutschen Flottenfahrer haben bislang keine Schulung zur E-Mobilität erhalten.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EDer Markt entwickelt sich vielfältig\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDie Branche rechnet insgesamt mit mehr Mischflotten, wachsender E-Mobilität, neuen Kooperationen und teils sogar mit einer Rückkehr zu klassischen Antrieben. Investitionen in neue Technologien und Prozesse müssten – so die Flottenmanager - mit Bedacht gewählt werden. Auch hier stehen wirtschaftliche Stabilität und langfristige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit im Vordergrund.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EUnabhängig von der Flottengröße bewerten die Befragten die Stimmung in der eigenen Branche als durchwachsen. Auch nach Unternehmensgröße wird die Branchenstimmung nahezu gleich beurteilt, in größeren Unternehmen mit mehr als 500 Mitarbeitern sogar noch etwas negativer als der Durchschnitt.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAuch in den Fuhrparks der unterschiedlichen Branchen wird die Stimmung ähnlich gesehen. Im Baugewerbe (3,3 auf einer Skala von 1 – 5), dem Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen (3,2) und im Dienstleistungssektor (3,1) sehen Flottenmanager die Stimmung leicht besser als der Durchschnitt.
